Medisoftskills Academy successfully delivered soft skills workshops in Bengaluru and Chennai for healthcare professionals from diverse disciplines and professional grades. The programmes focused on communication, teamwork, reflective practice, emotional intelligence, feedback, professionalism, ethics, and conflict resolution.
Participants reported improvements across all learning domains, with an overall average gain factor of 2.05. The greatest gains were observed in Feedback, Personality & Emotional Intelligence, and Reflective Practice. Course evaluations also demonstrated high levels of satisfaction, with participants highlighting the programme’s relevance, faculty expertise, and practical value for professional practice.
These findings reinforce the importance of structured soft skills training in strengthening communication, teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centred care within healthcare settings.
